Pros
The concept of working in the entertainment and attraction industry makes this company interesting to work for, at least on the surface. They do care about employees and provide some nice perks and do focus on doing things to make you feel good about your job.
Cons
Pay is considerably lower than other companies in the industry. They are not the most innovative thinkers, so doing something out of the box, isn't going to be supported. The company is rooted in Christian beliefs, which are are somewhat refreshing. However, it doesn't work in larger markets that are diverse and comprised of many religions. But that's part of the company's overall mid-western values. It's a bit stuck in a time warp.
