corporate had become completely out of touch. "leading with love" is a nice selling point, and the people at the new hire trainings must be the best actors on the face of this earth, you really buy into it. but once your are thrown into the pit they leave you for the wolves, belligerent guests and management did not support their teams. anytime corporate members were on site they wouldn't acknowledge your existence. I was literally working 40+ hrs; but when I was promoted to a higher position they reduced my hours to 30 a week. Then when things were not getting done, they threw a fit. THIS PLACE WILL DOUBLE YOUR DUTIES (WITH NO COMPENSATION) AND EXPECT YOU TO THANK THEM FOR THE PRIVILAGE! we ended up having to do so much work off of the clock because of the strict hour cap. I would have so many other employees stress that they were unhappy with the work conditions, and the upper management would always say "well it's a job". I made 35% less what others in my field make because I thought this company would provide me with a great opportunity. but upward mobility is non-existent.

If you are lower level, the pay is terrible and management acts like it shouldn’t be a problem.
