Pros

You get to drive cars

Cons

This is a terrible place to work. New managers are treated very badly. Management talks about you behind your back. There's never time to do all things they ask you to do. No lunch breaks or any breaks. Don't apply here. It's a bad place. You have to work 50+ hours a week on a low salary. Management will never thank you for your hard work. They will ask you to come in on your days off.

Pros

You get a company car to drive and free gas.

Cons

Sale Representatives rip off the customers through deceptive and predatory sales techniques, while Upper Managers look the other way. Training is very unorganized. Lower Managers are expected to work 15 hrs + days and come in on your off days. The company treat their employees like their rental vehicles , TURN AND BURN. They treat their customers even worst by: adding extra charges, insurance products etc.

Pros

Teaches hard work and ins and outs of business.

Cons

Pay for performance has left the culture. When faced with accounting scandles the response has been to punish the people actually bringing in the money
