Pros

When you actually are good at sales, the bonuses can be really good. And the hours aren't terrible.

Cons

You have to have three months of positive sales in a row to become qualified for a promotion. If you are even .1 below your sales goal one month, you have to start all over. They do not base the promotions on skills other than sales. Someone could be a complete idiot and ruin everything but their sales of the scam "insurance", and they'll still be the first person to get the promotion. The turnover rate is so high that they're spending so much time training new people instead of seeing what they could be doing differently to actually keep their employees.

Pros

Realizing this is the worst job on the planet and getting another one.

Cons

Worst job ever. Management is a bunch of idiots, no cars ever, customers are a bunch of losers, the cars we do have are disgusting, a lot of co workers are insanely stupid.
