Cons
manager unaware of anything going on in department. reports show that some employees have poor performance and others are being sucked dry of any life in them, work load clearly NOT equal. no feedback on performance even when asked directly for input. Favoritism shown allowing some employees to slack, get behind, play on the phone without repercussions.
