Pros

Salary and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

too numerous to mention. New Senior management built a state of the art complex in Florida while IT suffer in a slum of a building in OKC. Also the integrity was absolutely horrible. Had to fight for four months following my retirement to receive the benefits I was entitled to.

Selling mostly unnecessary insurance, washing cars in a suit, slow promotions and a lot of politics

Pros

The Pay is good if you know how to Sell. Everyone works as a team, management was once in your shoes and is just a cell phone call away if you need any help

Cons

Forget about Work/Life Balance hours are 7:30 to 6 but don't expect to leave work before 6:30 Upper Management has failed the company financial and takes the losses out of employee paychecks Airports have preference over Off-Airport locations and will leave off-Airport location scratching for cars when Airport is mismanaged
