Pros

They have very few Pros they only one being was a car and gas given. The other being they are flexible with the work schedule.

Cons

The Cons are poor operational structure rental sites just rent cars even thought they are for sale. Management just states deal with it with no support and they just bury their head in the sand and hope the problem goes away. When I started it took six weeks to get my computer and all of my passwords to complete my essential job functions. The best was it took eight weeks to get business cards! Not good when they are hammering you to go out and meet with current and potential customers. The manager just said thats the way hertz operates. In closing this was the most brain damage I have ever dealt with in my career.

Long hours, unrealistic goals year over year. Turnover is higher due to only wanting to hire part time.
