Pros

People at peer level, car, vacation, holiday and sick pay.

Cons

Pay, hours and lack of work/life balance, lack of cars, having to mislead customers to keep sales team from being fired, constantly being lied to and mislead about the future.

Pros

Decent pay (plus commission) and benefits, great PTO, good management training

Cons

You will have no life. It is a 50 hour a week minimum and moving up in the company from a certain level can be challenging depending on what branch you work at. Upper management doesn't care. You will have to RUN RUN RUN, literally to get everything done. And when I say run, I mean with a vacuum and glass cleaner. You never have enough cars and if you have more than enough, they will complain that your utilization is out of whack. If your sales are down you will get pushed out.
