Pros

Work in Admin. Good qay to learn about the company and the employees all over the country. Easy job for the most part, definitely hone your computer skills there.

Cons

All for one and none for all. I don't know about the rest of the company, but my office is like a high school hallway. You have your little group you work well with and can blow steam off with. There are the hall monitors that are obvious but try to be sneaky and catch dirt in conversations. The snooty person who can only complain, Loudly. And the principal who is also the cheshire cat. They don't care about you or even think of you as human. You're a cheap drone.

Pros

-Mostly fun people who work in the branches. -Good discounts on car rentals. -Opportunities for advancement if you're willing to put in a lot of hours. -Good benefits, 401K, etc.

Cons

-ABSOLUTELY NO work/life balance -I was regularly working 55-60 hours a week. -I took a lunch break maybe once or twice a week. -Be prepared to have SIGNIFICANTLY more demand than supply. You WILL run out of cars and the upper management will do NOTHING to help you. -When you have no cars, your manager will still complain that your rentals are down. -They are buying other rental car companies and trying way too many new things. It is seriously hurting inventory which, in turn, seriously hurts morale. Be aware that some of the upper managers have been putting reviews on Glassdoor in order to bring some of the scores up. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just keep in mind that the view from the top is always better. And they don't have to face customers when they are pissed off because you don't have the car they reserved.

Pros

Paid weekly, Great Training, Area Manager was AWESOME (coolest guy I've ever met)

Cons

No work life balance - Although you are paid weekly, pay is very low - Transfer is very difficult after you're hired for a specific area/branch - Branch manager was very disrespectful - Other employees did not want to clean their fair share of cars - Overall, was not what I expected
