Pros

Bonuses sometimes are good. Put in a year or two here, and you'll pretty much be able to get a job anywhere else, especially insurance companies!! You'll make some great friends as you will all be drowning in a sea of apathy and negative attitudes as a result from job dissatisfaction.

Cons

They will suck the life out of you and then threaten to fire you and your team because your "sales numbers" aren't high enough. (Hard to fire people when you can't find anyone else on the planet to replace them???)

Pros

This job will teach you how to communicate in a small team environment and how to multitask like a pro! You will also get to sample lots of different types of alcohol because this job drives you to drink!

Cons

Hertz is a good JOB, but anyone who tries to make a career here usually gets burned. You start as an MT making just $10/hr. If you're able to survive on that little paycheck for a few months, you can then get promoted based on your sales of ancillary products. However, even if you get to Branch Manager, you still make less than $40k/yr. Then once you become an "exempt" employee (manager of some sort,) your responsibilities are endless and you will receive phone calls from upper management 24/7. Honestly, once you get to ABM you should start looking for another gig.
