Pros

New cars... lots of over time! YAY! Lots of cleaning cars! Oh wait...

Cons

Long hours, sometimes with minimal support. Low pay. Unrealistic sales expectations and high pressures sales- "just explain the charges at the end". Basic sales training- then its all depended on sales of optional services. More stress than necessary. Management is scared of management.

Drive different cars, fairly consistent work schedule, great way to make professional contacts in other companies and industries.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals, can't move up without making sales numbers, Management out of touch with reality, No flexibility for employees with families (ie. kid gets sick + leaving early to deal with it = write up)
