      Tough working environment with long hours

      Pros

      -Company had decent benefits such as: dental, vision, and health -Experience with working with customers over the phone/in person, body shops, and other branches -Drive any car you like while working -Able to learn back office giving you the ability to work behind the scenes -Paid weekly -Bonus + commission -Overtime pay

      -Long working hours, generally 50+ hours/week. Mon-Fri open to close and frequently Sat -Dealing with difficult customers -Pay is not great in relationship to the amount of hours worked

      Pros

      Little to none, employee and family member discount for rental. That is about it.

      Cons

      Taking lots of hours from employees and make exhaust, there is no way to do something else after hours. always understaffed, does NOT care about employees and always care about the sales number.

      Union representation, decent benefits, seniority rights.

      Cons

      Berating by management, constant micro-management and reprimands in front of subordinates. Some of these managers do not belong in their positions. It seems that employees are being written up over petty matters. Company requires standard work policies which make it more difficult for employees to perform their jobs.
