Pros

I won CS award for 2021 and got to San Diego. A prestigious award; I like the fact that Hertz Recognizes Employees.

Cons

The training for new employees is Counter based and No Gold or IR training; so new employees think their working at the Counter only; thus the revolving door sense CXA came into effect.

There is a monthly commission based on how well you do on your sales, so your bonus is based on how well you are able to add on sales or upgrades. There is also opportunity for growth if you are willing to put in the work or the effort

Cons

It is fast paced job and sometimes can get overwhelming.
