Near cutting edge, always trying to stay ahead of the curve. Professional. Broad career growth with help along the way. Good performance is recognized.

Cons

Long, but rewarding hours. People around always willing to help (fellow workers) but you have to help yourself too. Shift work not for everyone in the field locations-have to adapt.

Competitive compensation, great training programs, broad career opportunities with rapid promotion opportunities. With all companies, we have our internal challenges, but management is very focused on fixing all concerns within reason.
