- Promote from within - Many advancement opportunities - Given many responsibilities - No 2 days are the same - Have the opportunity to learn about a variety of newer model vehicles - Provide ample training materials/classes to new hires

Cons

- Disgruntled customers - Occassional shortage of vehicles for reservations - Safety concerns when picking up customers - Little notice when customers make reservations online or through customer service #

Upper management and team members are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Benefits and shift premiums. Weekly pay, monthly commission. Simple structure: Sale with a smile.

Having to rub elbows with airline employees for flight specials.
