      Pros

      Never dull. Always exciting as the business re-ivents itself and the industry we invented 100 years ago. Always a chance to hear from top management about what is next at the company. If you want to know what's going on, there are plenty of opportunities to do so.

      Cons

      Not for the faint hearted. High performance is the norm and no "passengers" are welcome. If you want to make a difference, you are welcomed with open arms. If you just want to coast, it isn't the place for you.

      * Hertz is evolving and going through serious change at the moment which is all for the good of the business, stakeholders and employees. * Great investment and focus on training and employee development * Perform well and you will be rewarded and there are career opportunities for further growth * Investing in product diversity, growth and recognition of unique international markets

      Cons

      * Change is not always easy for some employees to manage and cope with but Hertz cannot remain idle during this transition and growth period * Low threshold for poor peformers - but that is a positive change in my mind !

Our global CEO has transformed the business in 6 years through creating a global platform and driving process improvements and acquisitions that will strengthen our position in the maketplace. I am proud of all that has been achieved and all that is planned to be delivered in order to make Hertz the number 1 employer of choice.

      We are going through rapid change which can be challenging at times however the long term vision is solid and I know that efforts invested today will benefit in the future.
