Pros

Staff for the most part were great. Hours had some flexibility to them. You always ended up doing many different jobs so you didn't get bored easily.

Cons

Managers were getting burned out and quite. Several of the best ones quit. Managers unable to control bookings locally and during the summer you were either turning customers away or making them wait! Two very deadly sins for customer retention and satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction survey was a joke. It was all related to revenue and gave managers no direction to improve customer service which was usually sabotaged by the overbooking situation.

bonuses paid out at many levels much recognition for good work use of company vehicles exciting fast paced work environment

Cons

constantly asked to make due with as few resources as possible wages terribly low too many changes in bonus plan treated terribly by customers often asked to swallow dignity to deal with customer and partners alike
