Pros

40% off cars and benefits, but I'm sorry guys and gals wished I could say more but that's it cause the cons easily out way this.

Cons

Management is quick to jump on you over little stuff. So if you work from home and have to pee you have to wait 2 hours to go, and if you drink allot of water like me it's more like every 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Also all negative and no praise from TPLs. Very rude customers who lets be honest you can't help. Robotic sales scheme it's so scripted it's honestly dumb, if you don't do it you loose point on your QA. Commission is a joke for sure horrible system. Not to mention the equipment they provide is as old as the dinosaur you played with as a kid. Not to mention pay is atrocious but if your right out of high school I guess it's an okay job, If you have a family stay away the company comes first.

Pros

You get to drive nicest cars everyday as a perk, fuel is unlimited and full insurance included. If you travel you also get a free car to drive during your vacation any place in USA where hertz is available

Cons

If you work in orlando or a busy location, the amobrother nt of work that you must do is enormous. Long hours and continuous issues with customers and employees If you work at a slower location you'll get to relax several times during the shift and of course less headache I worked at an extremely busy location and at a slower location and at an even slower location The company is in the process to reduce cost in any way possible and as a manager you have to execute Business plans are extremely difficult to achieve since a year after the other the industry is just not performing the way it was, remember that 10 years ago car rental was a must and the only option, also buying insurance was somewhat no choice but to buy it, gps was selling good and several other factors made a good car rental industry, unfortunately the targets for the coming years are based on the last years plus an increase in goals, therefore you'll have to cut down so many costs to compensate for the great decease in the flow of business itself

Pros

Drive all types of vehicles. customer service and (minimal) sales exposure.

Cons

11 hour work days, most of the time not able to take a lunch break. Always understaffed. Poor on-boarding and training systems. I was thrown into the mix not knowing what I was doing and was yelled at numerous times for making the customer wait. Upper management is hit or miss. Hourly pay is horrid. Don't go into it thinking this is a sales job, it's not. Pretty much set up to fail in terms of sales revenue.
