Decent cars to explore, some caring coworkers, new technology on occasion

Cons

Everything else. Poor morale, lack of leadership, poor pay, terrible systems, never enough cars, NO way to fix negative experiences, poor training.

discounts on rentals, laid back staff, able to move to different departments of company, meet all type of people from around the world

Pros

The experience you will be getting. Looks good on a resume. You get to chose between an hour and 30 minute break. Some customers are delightful and speaking to them will make your day.

Cons

Belligerent customers, branch managers that do not care about their teams, Long work hours 8 - 6 pm plus Saturdays on a rotation schedule. Low pay for high quality work. Understaffed. Overworked employees. Driving most of the day. Vacuuming and wiping down car interiors.
