Overall pretty good

Pros

Great staff is welcoming and most customers are really great. The base pay is way better then most in Abq plus chances to earn commission. There also seems to be a lot of room for growth and internal promotions.

Cons

Limited fleet means you are always struggling to get cars cleaned and people into rentals. Really long hours and very intensive sales goals. Understaffed locations lead to unhappy customers.

Pros

A lot of employee interaction and many great people to work with around the local and regional levels. Great vacation policy and competitive benefits Fleet privilege They do have great opportunities for career growth

Cons

Pay/incentive structures (company-wide) Unrealistic expectations Ask for employee feedback but never utilize or take action it Far too focused on financials than actual needs of the business and employee morale No transparency Work/Life balance is 100% nonexistent; you are expected to live for the business.
