      Good place to start experience, but don’t stay for long.

      Pros

      Good culture, sends free merch to all employees here and there. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Too sales-y for a school. Now non-profit but still acts for-profit. They prey on students who are already in a lot of debt to start at their school. Expected numbers every week/month. Awkward micromanaging meetings with your manager every two weeks to talk about numbers. Horrible pay. Little area for growth.

      Rebuilding a positive work culture, students are generally hard working and respectful, fun sim courses

      Cons

      Has been some drama with previous employees that took place last year- while it seems to be working itself out, there have been occasional grumbles from other faculty and students and it.
