      Pros

      Herzing has a long list of employment policies, however, they are quick to work with you if something isn't working for you. For example, they were pretty easy going about changing schedules if you needed time off. In general, employees are all really friendly towards one another.

      Cons

      Actual work tasks were very monotonous. Senior management pushed very hard for employees to support the university in a political environment (regarding for-profit school legislation). Many employees did not agree with senior management. Some question as to how some people are promoted over others. Training left a lot to be desired.

      Pros

      Herzing is a friendly, feel good organization that genuinely cares about their employees and takes steps to make sure they are happy both personally and professionally. It has more of a family feel than a corporate feel and the Herzing family treat their employees and students like extended family.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard. Herzing Online is a very busy place with high expectations and a fast pace; our focus is centered around student satisfaction and quality outcomes. Those that excel in this environment are promoted quickly and thrive at Herzing.

      Pros

      When you need time off, you'll usually get it. The people that worked with here are some really great people.

      Cons

      There is no training whatsoever. You get thrown out to start on a project from the beginning and hope fr the best.
