Aside from poor job stability, Herzing is a great company to work for.

Pros

Really supportive working environment and opportunity to advance. It's a family owned company and there is a genuinely positive company cultural.

Cons

They constantly try to do more with less. They eliminate positions and pass along responsibilities to someone else, which leads employees to becoming spread thin.

Pros

I had a lot of autonomy and believe that my work was respected. I think the world of my former colleagues and my supervisors were very good to work for.

Cons

No longevity increases and little promotion potential. The deadlines can be very short, even when they require a lot of work and decisions often seem to just come out of the blue.
