My manager is amazing and very kind

Cons

They have an alert system that is a royal nightmare. Professors with PhD‘s are expected to babysit students that don’t login through this system. Hours and hours are wasted every semester calling students that don’t even have working phones, which is something advising should be doing, not something professors should do. The pay is terrible.

Cons

Terrible DoA (male) and management. Some females get so much favoritism they dont even work a full evening schedule??!!
