The people hands down. I get to work with a great team and group of people who are there to help and support each other. We learn and grow from one another vs trying to be secretive of information to retain job. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn - company really promotes 'you own career' and there are tons of different job types that you can try out.

Cons

Salary doesn't seem competitive.

I have had great opportunities to work with amazing people, traveled to some nice locations, engaged and lead great projects, and worked for extraordinary managers.

Cons

Constant change can bring opportunities for new work and it can be challenging when it includes layoffs and focus in areas that you may not agree with. The pros outweigh the cons.
