Pros

Great diversity amongst workers, and employees are dedicated to making deadlines, providing their support and services to their customers, while still working towards long term goals, and company objectives. Great family values, and if you can support your team, they'll support you.

Cons

Oversight and management could be more involved in processes, the day-to-day tasks of their workers, and what they're managing and administering. Small disconnect between managers and workers, with little oversight.

Pros

Company isn't bad to work for. Its a contracting company, so the other contractors I work with are great. They give great PTO and most holidays off. They give an excellent 401 matching of up to 6%

Cons

The salary isn't anything to write home about though. Maybe if I lived anywhere other than Hawaii. 91k in Hawaii doesn't go anywhere.
