Great People, Low Pay, Too much UOT

Pros

- Co Workers are amazing to work with, make the day to day enjoyable - On-Site work is rewarding and satisfying - Travel is sometimes nice

Cons

- Some places you travel are not nice - Low Pay and very small raises each year - Poor communication from management to it's workers, sometime you don't even get a week's heads up before you travel - Unpaid OT

Highly well rounded position with room to grow in IT

Pros

Work on hardware installs, software upgrades, and new developing ideas / products You able to travel to work places for installation of equipment around the country and outside the country Great workijg environment with motivated coworkers and helpful leaders Opportunities to engage with promotional venues such as AUSA in DC and explain the product you work on with others New opportunities growing with thier product - OnCall which is cloud-based

Cons

Having work every 3 months for 1 week for helpdesk support oncall 24/7 - could recieve calls at 1am in the morning When traveling you do have to pay for the hotel and car rental fee up front with your own money but not the flight.
