      Pros

      Deeply committed to learning, diversity and individual growth. Depending on your project and the people you are working with the company can be a great place to work.

      Cons

      There are concerns of stability when not on long term projects. If you are not billable there is limited bench time for most employees. I have seen qualified people let go when new projects were not readily available. Seems short sighted when they will have to rehire in a couple of months to fill the gap.
