      Good work culture but limited salary growth

      - No time restriction - Good work culture - Manager are helpful

      Cons

      - Don't expect much increment. Max 2-3% for senior role. - Adding additional policies which is not good for long term sustain. - If you are on bench greater than 45 days, HR will push to resign.
