All of the above might be hit or miss if you have no self-motivation or prefer being told what to do at every moment or don't like to self-teach, research, & upskill without constant hand-holding. While there are plenty of entry level or head-down programmer opportunities to be found just like in any company, I don't think you can really get the most of our your employment at Hexaware unless you are ready to take ownership of your career in practical, demonstrable ways. Beyond the normal reality of employees with tenure and long-established relationships with other tenured employees, there's really no "good ol boys" network here that I have observed, but more like, an m.o. of get involved, deliver excellence, produce measurable results & customer satisfaction, continuous upskill & subject matter expertise sharpening, and you will soon find yourself flourishing & earning the trust & respect of your more established peers & co-workers.
Not so much a college 2.0 but with money experience as one might encounter in more California-flavored cultures, but a bit more serious, time-to-be-full-on-professional vibe that for the (again) self-motivated, can open up all kinds of doors of opportunity for career growth & learning!
Related to the above, things like time-management, tracking tools, working with different work styles, schedules (off shore, near shore, domestic), & customer account growth are all things that you're going to have to collaborate & work through with your teams more than following some comprehensive manual about at Hexaware. You have to be willing to take ownership of making these happen more so that in other companies that may spell all this out exhaustively for you, so if again, you need a lot of hand-holding & direction for motivation, this may not be the best place for you.
