It provides various internal and external trainings to help you climb the ladder. Apart from daily work, Hexaware has different platforms to get yourself out of work and have some fun - it has Club Synergy which encourages showcasing all types of talent - technical / non-technical (music/dance/art/photography/wellness). HR also organizes various sessions related to physical and mental wellbeing/financial literacy. The company also focuses on DEI initiatives you can join, plus CSR events that let employees contribute to the community. Overall, Hexaware fosters a learning-first culture with ample avenues for career advancement, personal development, and community engagement.
