Cons
HR is deceptive in the benefits that are offered. No formal onboarding process, so depending on the team you join, you are left to figure things out on your own. Insane hybrid office policy that requires you to work from their office 3 days a week, with Friday being mandatory. At least 5 different VP levels and no clear indicator of what each is responsible for. Very top heavy organization. Very unorganized. The lower level employees are forced to pick up the slack due to lack of proper planning by senior resources. Very poor internal communication. Rumors spreads very easily with nobody taking the time to verify before making misinformed decisions. By far the worst company I've worked for in nearly 30 years.
