      It is good but it can improve

      Pros

      - Excellent health plan and really cheap for families. - Lot of chances to learn something new or get a certification. -

      Cons

      - HR not worried about actual human resources. - Salary raise is really bad and really difficult to negotiate a "similar to the market" salary. - Not procuring good resources if a project ends.
