I have joined this company where I have not seen worst company than this they take people waste their time and spoil their career . They just take people without any requirement and just take interviews for eyewash and send out employee or force them to resign as if the employees are not capable of performing

Blew away the previous record wait to get first paycheck. Corporate culture is annoying. Took 10 email rules to cut out most of the spam in my corporate inbox from all the trainings and internal ads and thank yous; it makes it difficult to find those few items that useful or important. Manager out of country. Worst insurance I've ever been offered. Was misinformed as to the job, location, schedule. Broken HR systems not uncommon. If you have any other option, don't pick Hexaware. I am constantly amazed that a company of this size can be run so poorly.
