1. Good company to work and learn, they provide free SAP certification so I gained 3 certification and learning Gen AI and Agentic AI. 2. I like the flexibility which they provide for there employees. 3. Employee Friendly policies. 4. Employee benefits are good.

Cons

1. Only one office is there is Pune, so people who are living far so get lots of problem while commuting. 2. Office Infrastructure needs to be improved, specially Cafeteria. 3. Very less Successfactors projects are there.

It's been 2 months since i joined, onboarding was good. There are good company policies, Insurance coverage. The support for onboarding is excellent. Salary will be credited on time. The LMS gives large opportunity of courses and certifications to complete.

Cons

Allotment to project is bit time taking but keep learning till then.
