      -A good place to start career -Amazing management depending on project -Great work environment (again, depending on project) -One of the highest paying companies for graduates depending on skill

      Cons

      -Transport situation is abysmal and needs restructuring at the root level -Constant threat of layoffs (depending on project) -No hikes -Can spend for Ambassadors but won't provide Arrears for the lack of hike for months -Lack of transparency on promotions and delayed promotional letters for all levels -Might get targeted for voicing concerns -HR is also incompetent, granted even they don't have any information on the delay in promotions
