      Upper management in development is very egoistic

      Provide remote opportunities and good salary structure for experienced.

      Cons

      Over workload. After 9 PM also upper management indirectly forces in india to work till 12 pm. If you got some issue with one project and got negative reviews than no other project will approach you.

      My client from Belgium was great, got great insights about the product and able to help them.

      Cons

      Not even HR will be there for induction on the first day, didn’t had great benefits as my last org had great benefits.
