      1) Variable Pay: You get mostly 100%. 2) Clients for whom I have worked allowed WFH completely.

      Cons

      1) Difficult to land a project after being a part of Hexware too. 2) Very little transparency. 3) It's August, and no one is talking about appraisals till now. 4) No Work-Life Balance. 5) Bad Management

      It's poor and targets they fix is un achievable.

      Cons

      Many points i can add. Leaders don't help the recruiters and they struggling a lot. Just like that, they fire employees. No empathizing with the employees.

      1. exposure to develop and build from scrach 2. independent work 3. u get more time on bench for fresher, so better learn and grow urself , and shift instead of looking for project 4. entertainment activities in chennai office

      Cons

      1. but wfo sucks, as food and whether in chennai is very vad, outsiders will struggle 2. no standards practise in development activities for fresher, u can develop on u r own standards, but this will suck when u go to other company 3. in Chennai, Tamil people are more prioritized 4. very few trending tech projects 5. they will call u office, and make u sit even without project.
