Only cafeteria is little good. Team Members are nice

I joined 3 months back and was offered a full time WFH. within forst 45 days the manager asked me to report to work and told me that the project has requirement that all works 5 days WFH. He said all 68 employees on this project needs to be WFO. He also mocked me and said if you want WFH means you don't deserve anything. He said all employers will be WFH within next 6 months. When I said that I was promised WFH and have a small baby ,I was told to resign or move to bench. This was in humane and totally bad practice.
