Given that it is a smaller company (comapred to CTS, TCS, etc), visibility is better for those in mid to senior level positions. if you are a techie and in consulting, you get to work with different verticals and different projects.

Cons

Expect hard work, long hours are norm as you are higher in the ladder

Good Company for fresher and laterals, You can get either onsite or at least near shore. I was there in near shore for 1 years. It was really a nice experience in Hexaware for 3 years

I don't find any while i was working.
