      Nice work life balance and good infrastructure. Good for freshers.

      Cons

      Too long to travel. Bond for freshers. Salary slightly less compared to others.

      Pros

      Good company to learn. Not much pressure is put on employees, depends on project to project. Give goo package to laterals while joining.

      Cons

      Hike is minimal for all employees. Location will mostly be in Chennai, rather than mumbai or pune. So if you have any issues then company wont help with that. Lack of projects currently is one important issue. So you might be put here and there according their needs.
