Excellent company for Freshers, loads of learning opportunities. Awesome infrastructure. Hexavarsity - One of the best corporate training facility. Tier 2 company , so less employees and more exposure to opportunities.
Cons
Strict HR policies. 9.15 hours per day timing adherence policy.Night cab frequency is less. Less salary compared to current market rates. Very less onsite opportunites. For example : I have an active h1b visa since october 2015, Now its Oct 2016 and still they cannot map me on-site. No effort to retain an employee on resignation. According to hexaware, resignation is an unforgivable sin, because when an employee resigns, they treat him/her like crap. I had personally seen this happen to my friends since ive been here for 5+ years.
