      Pros

      Lot of people with fake experience easily get job here. Keech, is a lucky charm for Hexware, but, all this efforts will drain to dustbin, will the leadership teams also cooperate and help to acheive his vision.

      Cons

      Hexaware does not give proper releiving, while resigning. If any critical employees leave, they make lot of issues. Resigning from an organization is not a crime. Please release employees gracefuly and professionally. Please do not hod releaving letter and experience letter.
