Pros
I don't see any pros in this company. See below cons .
Cons
As you must have seen pros like good for fresher and etc,it is all waste. Company don't have projects, they are firing all there employees,due to lack of projects. And till now they are giving stipend every month after completing 6 months of training as 10,000. And till now no projects assigned to fresher's. I am lucky ,that I left hexaware last month and found a very good company in one month. They are taking 1 lakh as bond money,which is too high and it's so called MNC. If u want to build your career, don't come to hexaware technologies.
