      Pros

      Great way to get experience to take what you need and move on to a position that is willing to pay you what you are worth.

      Cons

      unprofessionalism, if you work 24/7 but still receiving salary they will forget about your overtime from holidays, will pay you for the little as they can get out of you and make you work more than what you are paid for. I read glassdoor reviews about this before hired and everything the other reviews far the bad reviews they were right. Get the experience and run.

      Good Company with good management policies but bad salary hike

      Pros

      - Company transport facility - Good and Hygiene canteens - Great work environment with many fun activities - Friendly atmosphere in work

      Cons

      - Not great learning edge. Most of the applications are maintenance once and with old technology. You don't learn much. - Distance. Since i stay in suburbs, everyday travelling to Mahape is very hectic. - Bad salary hike. That is the important thing that comes in my mind. If you are lucky you may get onsite else you need to spend at least 5 yrs for onsite opportunity. Also, yearly hikes always get delayed and you hardly get 10% hike.
