      Good health insurance, nothing else. Only God knows how they got Great place to work certification

      Cons

      Don’t expect Career growth. Expect 2% or 3% salary raise, sometimes nothing. Worst management: they just want billing. They don’t care about employees well being. Worst Compensation : They pay you the lowest possible salary. Join hexaware if you don’t worry about Financial health or career growth. Furlough policy: They will deduct all your leaves during Client Furlough. Forgot about visiting India. Toxic work culture. They will do anything for billing, they will throw you away
