      No work pressure, work life balance is good

      What ever your role they might ask you to join after you join they will put you to complete testing which is no way related to the profile you accepted a the time of joining

      Lot of onsite opportunities. Benefits like deputation allowance onsite salary etc are above market.

      Cons

      Politics, Low salary. Creating visibility is difficult. Opportunity to learn is less as you would be sucked into accounts for long term.
