      Pros

      Lots of opportunities. I believe among the very few companies that even has something for offer for mediocre talent (no being condescending but just being factual about it).

      Cons

      Laid back and inefficient administration. Leaderships lacks clarity and vision Cheap but still costs more for the client. Inexperienced or semi skilled consultants. Too much of control around systems and your ability to do anything outside ordinary.

      Pros

      Nice working environment. Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Admin system is very prompt. Cleanliness and food is taken care nicely.

      Cons

      Poor appraisal system. Unbiased ratings. Promotions should not expected in this company.

      Very flexible and allow employees to pursue your interests. Reasonable work life balance (depending on role)

      Cons

      We are in the throws of gearing up for the next phase of growth so the adjustment/transitionary phase will always be tough for everyone
