Pros

1. May get good package if you are lateral entry. 2. If you taste a climate like school (just like your kids) and have a stereo type jobs, you can try. 3. Payment of Variable pay is done quarterly. 4. If you are from Andhra, you are most benefited.

Cons

1. Have this naive culture, where contributions are measured in terms of work hours rather than by each one's potential. They only require people who work for 9.15 hours a day and not somebody who can do the same work within 5 hours. 2. Very immature and still have Old School of Thoughts. 3. They always make sure that they make profit out of everything and anything. They deduct 0.5 day if you work less than 7 hours a day but they bill the Client for 1 full day. In the end they double the profit by taking the money for your half-a-day work and bill the client for 1 working day. They call it Smart, I call it a cheat. Come On... where is your ethics. 4. Whatever be the case, Hexaware makes sure they get the maximum benefit out of it. 5. Don't really care about Employees much. If you worked till 5AM for some day they don't bother much about your contribution or health but they wanted the Employee to come to work back by 8:15 AM. One cannot be excused for delay in work just because they helped the client to finish the target sooner. 6. Very Cheap thinking and there will be a LOP even if you log for a minute less than 9.15 hours a day but there is no benefits if you care to work more than the working hours. They call it fair but I call it a Day-Light robbery. 7. Worst HR Policies, have seen cases where one is asked to leave the company within an hour and also guys who were asked to leave after 90 days (make sure to suck every drop of your blood). Such a cunning and immorally bounded. 8. They don't bother about your personal work-life balance, but rather bothered if they don't make their profit (or perhaps their so-Called working hours) because of your personal loss. 9. Once you put down your papers, they will make sure to nullify your money and get a Big 0 as your full and final settlement. Encashment of leave : Only Basic pay, nothing else (Have no policy about this, After all how can you have a policy for robbery). If LOP : All of your component get reduced subsequently from your Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Fixed Pay, Variable pay and even PF for 1 day. 10. They treat you like Slave and the Client like Gods. I have even heard the cases where they even ask the client to exploit their own employees in whatever way they want but just make sure their invoices are cleared punctually. 11. Don't really have the spine to stand and say that if anything is wrong with the client (be it technically or professionally or morally), never dare to say that they are wrong and do not backup their own employees instead make their own employees to ask for excuses for the mistakes clients make and even fail to think that we were not wrong. 12. The Finance people are the worst guys I have ever seen in my 12 Years of Experience. They made be feel like as if you are begging for their money and treat you literally with no respect and see you like a fraud, if you go for claims.
