      No pros......I mean seriously no pros.

      Cons

      Nobody is there to listen to your problems. Mental harassment by HRBP when you come on bench where the force you to take any project or simply ask you to resign. They don't care about your health issues. No location preferences because they dont have any project in any location. No domain preferences and most of the freshers where forced to take IMS. Please...I would suggest that join a startup where you get your work your own interest but never Hexaware where they will suck your career by giving you a domain you never want for your future.

      To be honest,Nothing to mention as pro this flesh shop.

      Inhuman Manager - All Projects here are wither 24/7 support or Red marked projects where always lack of resources due to attrition and there is no replacement. So you will be made scape goat and forced to work more than 16 hours a day even if you fall sick by threatening one on the other. Once you come out of project either due health issue or project get over, you will be fired based on Manager feedback as Poor resource. My Manager asked to be in office by 8.15 am on Varadh cyclone day and made to stay in office for 3 consecutive days without proper arrangement to sleep or food.
